Riverbend announced that it has hired two new members to its Leadership Team. Javier Fantauzzi has taken over as the Program Director for Tower Hill, and Regina Marino has been hired as the newly created Practice Manager at our Ambulatory Clinic. Javier and Regina will both join the operations team and oversee the day-to-day management of their respective programs, working alongside their clinical counterparts.

Javier joins Riverbend, bringing nearly 20 years of human service experience, most recently as the Assistant Program Director for Wayside Youth and Family Support Network. Javier has a strong connection to the Lawrence community and looks to bring those connections to Tower Hill and increase community partnerships to the benefit of our residents.

Regina Marino brings 15+ years of healthcare operational management to the newly created role of Practice Manager. Most recently a Territory Manager for AKUMIN, Regina’s experience will drive efficiency through our Ambulatory Clinic, allowing individuals seeking therapy to be able to access it quicker and easier.

“I was impressed with the level of clinical work being done at Riverbend’s Ambulatory Clinic,” said Regina Marino. “I am looking forward to being a part of the team and helping create workflows that make our clients’ and clinicians’ day-to-day easier while in our clinic.”
